Delete Your Account

Open ROT Raid Alarm, tap your profile chip to open Account, and choose Delete account. Confirm, and the deletion runs immediately — no email, no waiting period.

If you have an active ROT Pro subscription, cancel it first from your account page. Deleting your account does not cancel a running subscription.

Deletion removes everything the app and its backend hold about you:

• Your phone's device identities, including the push and ring tokens that make it ring
• Your Rust+ credentials, server tokens, and the 24/7 relay link
• Paired smart devices and your alarm history
• Team presence, your team-leader role, and AFK records
• Watchlists, player groups, and rows where you are the tracked player
• Your Discord account link and any Discord-side Rust+ credentials
• Diagnostics, error reports, and usage telemetry tied to your account or device

Some rows are part of your teammates' history too. Deleting them outright would punch holes in someone else's data, so your identity is removed from the row instead: team death history and shared decay pins keep their place on your teammates' maps, but your name and Steam ID are gone from them.

Bookkeeping law requires us to keep invoicing and payment records for the legal retention period. That means the billing record itself survives deletion, but stripped of everything not needed for bookkeeping — your Steam persona name, avatar, and trade URL are removed from it. Balance-ledger and skin-deposit records are kept on the same basis, and the seat-assignment audit log is kept for fraud prevention.
